Starting issues

When i try to start the car it clicks and does not turn over. If i keep going off and on with the key it will turn over as normal like the starter is going bad. Now the strange part, i noticed that the blower motor comes on as soon as i turn the car on. This is with the ac turned off, the switch is off. As soon as a turn the switch on then off the car starts like normal the first try. Any ideas?

Sounds more like the ignition switch than anything else. Though, if you suspect the starter is the issue, jump directly from the battery to the starter. This eliminates all the wiring from the equation. But, don't forget the engine needs a good ground. Remove and clean the ground strap from the frame to the drivers side head.

Another thing you can do is check the voltage across the battery at the time someone turns the key. Be sure it does not drop below 11V.
