Starting the Adventure into Mods....

Hows it going guys... Ive been reaserching were to start for a while on upgrading my car. its a 95 camaro z28 with the m6..ive been creeping around diferent websires including this one ..trying to get a little knowledge on lt1s. WEll anyways i work at a mechanic shop (not as a mechanic but as a gas service attendant) so i get some parts at a discount... So just starting out..im trying to decide if i should go with a heads/cam package...or do a supercharger...both would have an assorment of boltons....Im not looking for something super fast, just something that can do nice burnouts, and lay down nice numbers at the track. Im aslo planning on suspension work...which is about the only thing im sure about wat i want to do. I dont really have a timeline setup so im not in anyrush. money isnt the biggest issue ..the biggest is keeping it sttreet legal and a daily driver. watever knowledge u guys can bestow uppon me would be greatly apreciated ( ups and downs of both upgrades paths would be nice or any products that are good to use) or if any of u guys have parts for sale that could help me out... WEll sorry i wrote so much
thanks in advance for any help u r willing to give me
Steven

Re: Starting the Adventure into Mods....

start out with a good cat back exhaust and cold air intake...and as you get other boltons, if your still interested in the supercharger/ heads cam package, then decide

Re: Starting the Adventure into Mods....

It's a simple equation my friend...

Air,Gears,& Supsension

Good Air intake
Nice set of Headers
4:10's for the M6
& an Ebach Pro Spring Kit

That's good to start with...

If you plan on doing engine work I'd research it HEAVILY!!!!!! before you decide to jump on the wagon.
You don't want to get stuck and change your mind later on.
