Starter Clicks But No Start, Any Ideas?
I went to start it up and the thing clicks but no start, I was driving the car fine yesterday, I'm so not use to hearing a click and no start it's usually the other way round when the solinoid thingy dies.
And yes the battery is fine.
Do the motors just die or what? I guess they would eh!

It would be nice to have a remote starter switch. You clip it onto the purple wire terminal and the battery cable terminal at the starter. If it won't crank when you engage the remote switch, the starter is bad (if battery cable and battery are good). You can do the same thing with an old screwdriver (shorting across the terminals) or a heavy gauge wire, but it is a little "messy".
Did you check your connections at the battery and the starter?

If it's not the solenoid, it can be the starter. The clutch discs in the starter can go out and it will not engage like it's supposed to (trust me, I know this because I have experienced it, and I did a ton of research on it)
I just had an identical problem on my old dodge truck. The starter solenoid clicked but the starter didn't crank. Possible causes in the haynes manual were bad battery, bad connections, or bad starter motor. Voltage on the battery was fine, but just for the hell of it I tried jumping it with my other truck, didn't work...I was down to bad connections or bad starter...I pulled the starter, connected jumper cables directly from the battery to the solenoid and starter terminals, same thing, solenoid clicked, starter didn't spin...I took it to autozone, they confirmed that the starter was toast, and 80 bucks and 20 minutes later the truck was running. If your battery is good, prolly do the same...pull the starter, check it with the battery and jumper cables first, or just take it straight to autozone or advance or whatever, they'll test it for ya.
Oh, the last possible cause they listed was that the engine was seized or hydrolocked...wasn't that, thank god

I just experienced the same thing, but it was the opposite of the post just above!!!
Mine would do nothing but click... I too thought it was the starter.
I pulled it, took it to AutoZone, it tested fine.
Turns out it was the battery!!!
Boy was I happy
Starter- $174.00
Battery- $64.00
Pull the battery and have it tested first. Even if you check it with a meter and it shows 12 volts, that does not mean it does not have a bad cell.

I have this problem with my car but it isa intermittent. One time it will start as normal, the next time I try it will just click. I can turn the key back and forth a few times and the engine will finally turn over. Battery is good. I thought maybe it was the vats and my key was dirty. Guess I better think about swapping out the starter from my spare engine before I get stranded.
