Put a ICM in. Same problem! Fortunatly Autozone takes anything back.

Checked the egr by sqeezing it and it started bogging down. This leads me to believe the egr is ok. Could the coolant temp sensor on the water pump cause these issuses?

opti

I pulled the opti apart and found a light coat of rust on the large disc, very small glaze of oil, and one of the contacts was corroded on the bottom of the plastic portion. When I scraped it off, thre plastic jut started to flake away. This opti only has about 500 miles at the most, I barely drive it. Does this sound like it could be my problem? There has been no missing, sputtering or anything of the sort, just the stalling problem. The water pump seal also looks like it leaked a little.

New opti, all is good. Getting pretty good at these opti swaps, Took about 3 hrs. It would have been less, but I had to pick up a new 3 jaw puller.

I have been having a similiar problem with my 95 camaro as well. I would start it up cold...drive it to walmart in town. Then when i got out of walmart it would spit and sputter for about five minutes of driving...but it seemed like after about five minutes of sputtering it would run fine. Then the other day it acted like it was only running on 7 cylinders on the way to town but not really sputtering and wanting to die just running really ruff. I have no idea wut it is and am doin some research right now with my local mechanics...I post if i figure anything out.
