I have a 95 z28 slightly bigger cam than the lt4 hotcam...3 angle valve job, heads ported and polished...car runs fine except when coming to a stop...when slowing down the idle is fine but when i completely stop it will idle low ( 4 to 500 rpm) and it will either idle back to correct rpm or cut off...i have changed TPS, IAC,MAP sensor... had to change plug for map sensor and MAF sensor, also I have a friend with a shop and he checked for codes and no codes show up. Have been dealing with this problem for about a yr and any help would be appreciated. Thanks Joe

 

Was the PCM tuned for these mods?

 

yes it was tuned and about two months ago it would idle fine at stops everytime...then
I had a leak in my heater hose and I took the battery out to change the hose, fixed it... put battery back in and it would not idle right at stops
