stalling

i have a 97 formula, 4 speed auto *i coudln't get manual :-\, but i love this car * and at low speeds the car jerks and lunges, and sometimes it stalls, and i have to put it in neutral and start it up again. i am thinkin maybe this is the spark plugs or the spark plug wires or somethin with the fuel pump, the car is in the shop right now, but im just wondering what you guys think it could be.

i know i know, i don't know anything about GM's, im used to have my mustang, i haven't looked into performance parts etc for cars in almost 2 years. the car is under warranty, so everything they are looking at is free of charge.
