What happens is sometimes the locks need to be ground a bit to fit around the pipe. You can do it with a bench grinder, holding the lock with vise grips. Be sure to grind them with the washer parallel to the grinding wheel, not with the washer across the flat of the wheel.

I use Bresline and they are streight forward the easiest, no hastle bolt I have used.My customers like them because they don't have to tighten bolts every couple of week's.

You can actually cut them with a diagonal cutter too.

The Stage 8 bolts work great. I put them when I installed my headers and I never had to ever tighten them back up again.

They are a pain in the **** to get the clips on and off though.

I have used the stage 8's and the ARP's. I now have Breslins and I couldnt be happier. For the first time in 3 years the headers done leak, and the bolts dont move. A+ from me

Trust me for the extra money it is worth getting locking bolts.
I had to redo my passenger side before I went with the stage 8 bolts. And if you're like me you hate working hours on the car without getting some good horsepower from it.

Another vote for stage 8 locking bolts.
I don't even use the clips and I haven't had to tighten them or have them back out.
