I have the Stage 2, from your mod list I would say to get the Stage 3 Carbon. The Stage 3 Ceramic (trying to remember from the research I did last summer) is a "race only" and very harsh. It was recommended to me by a previous sponsor to get the Stage 2 for under 400hp and Stage 3 for above that. Your mod list look close to that magic number. But, beware you may need a 12 bolt soon if you don't have one already. That is what scared me away from the Stage 3. I have driven a Stage 3 Carbon and when it releases, it really releases.

Stick with the Carbon, ceramic is some what harsher. Stage 3's will hold up to 680 ftlbs of torque. Also replace you input bearing
with a brass bushing to avoid what I am going through now. (BEARING DISINTIGRATION)
Locktite the flywheel bolts as well if you pull it off.

Stage 3 carbon it is! Where would I find a brass input bearing and how much am I looking at?

If anyone has any tips or recomendations on doing a clutch feel free to share

PART # 10125896. Might try Jason or Dal. Jegs carries one for SBC for @7.95 $. About half of what a bearing costs.

Spec redesigned their Spec 3 carbon to a 6 puck. The old 4 pucker design was having some quality issues. I can attest to that. Mine came apart on me and I am in the process of pulling it
out now and sending it back to SPEC. It lasted about 6 months
and not abused.

I think Stage 2 is available with Kevlar, but Stage 3 is only Carbon or Ceramic. The Stage3 Kevlars were a P.O.S. so they stopped selling them.
