Stage 1 and 2 heads......3?
It's completely up to who makes them. I'm the only one who replyed to this thread, but here it is anyways:

THe GTP stage 1's I used to have had a gasket match and the intake and exhaust bowls were reworked for better flow. That, plus the typical machine work, was it.
THe typical stage 2 adds full porting to the runners plus usually some smoothing of the chambers.

What chris said is typical of the increasing work put into the stage I vs II heads. The point i was trying to make was that there is no standard flow they have to meet so some stage IIs will be better than others. It's good for comparing heads from the same manufacturer, but between manufacturers you really need the flow numbers.

So I take it, there is no Stage 3?
Also, I'm planning to run a ATI Procharger on a 96 LT1, which heads should I use. I want all bolt-ons and the SC, hopefully hit deep 10's
