ST master cylinder bleeder screw?

Well i talked with a mechanic about me not being able to get my car into gear and he said that there was no bleeder screw on the cylinder...if so how do you bleed it? also he said that i can't get it into gear because of my input shaft may be hitting the clutch? has anyone else had this problem or can anyone give me their .02 worth? thanks!

Re: ST master cylinder bleeder screw?

no bleeder.. take the master out.. pull the pin and pull the line out.. take a cup full of hyd. fluid and put the end of the master in there.. and pump the cyl. until all the bubbles have dissappeared.. Then take the line and do the same w/ the slave.. that should get ya really close.. after they are all bubble free make sure not to compress them as to hold all the fluid in.. and re assemble them.. SHould beall you need...
