squeking sound from engine bay..

I was on my lunch break yesterday, and when I was driving/idling, i heard a squeking coming from my engine bay. any idea what it is?

Check your belt. It may be cracked and dryrotted. Or it could be rubing up against something.

could be your weep hole is leaking coolant onto the belt also check that, just rub your hand at the bottom of the waterpump

Had the exact same problem. Ended up just needing a new belt. Buy a Goodyear Gator Back.
