My car has an odd squeal/scratch sound comiong from the front left side of it, but it only seems to be doing it when i steer to the right. I think it may be my power steering pump going out. I checked my fluid level, and it is ok. What could it be? any one have any ideas?? it doesn't do it any more or less when i push the brakes, only when i steer to the left, even with just slight pressure to the left it does it.

could be a power steering pump...but also could be a belt, and/or something is loose...good luck
