i have a set of new bilsteins im about to put on and wondering if i should change springs out...i want to lower it a inch but...then again i want headers...and i dont want to scrape what so ever..already scrape...any way, are the springs wore out at 100k?

 

It depends on your use...daily driving your springs won't be WORN out...people keep stock springs through 200k...
