spring pressure question

spring pressure question

i just bought a set of ported heads and the springs were tested at 150 lbs. does this mean i need new springs or could use those for a while

What cam??
That is enough to cover all but the most radical hyd roller.
Are the springs new or used? If they are new they will loose some 15-25# after break in and still be OK.

I had the same question the otherday. I called compcams and they said I only needed 120# of seat pressure and 310# of open pressure............you'll be fine. I wish I had them!! LOL I'll be buying some from sstrokerace here in the near future.
