Spohn Torque Arm question, Need help fast

question about your Spohn TA. The peice that fits to the g-load brace and to the long design part of the TA. Is that suppose to swivel from left to right? How tight is the whole peice. I have it on and i drove around. It sounds like ship. It sounds like something is slamming under the car. I check it and the big long bolt that connects the piece i'm asking about to the g-load brace was not as tight as i think it sould be, but the piece coming right off the g-load brace moves left to right really easy. So i thought that might be the cause of the noise.

Check to see if it's hitting the body in the rear. Mine hits, and I think it may have to do with the bolts.

well the car is in the air and i can move the piece with my hand, and make it hit the g-load brace which makes the sound. there a piece that slides onto the main TA. That is what is sliding left and right. So i'm thinking when the torque hits the piece is moving to the left and banging to the g-load brace before it stops and delivers the rest of the power to the rear end.
