Spohn LCAs

I'm dipping into the suspension world. I dont know much about suspension (this being my first modded car, I'm 18). I'm kind of lost about this whole polyurithane whatever stuff. Can somebody help educate me? What would be a good choice of LCAs? Would I need a relocation bracket?

I was looking at these...

Spohn's parts have a reputation of high quality. Relocation brackets are not necessary for cars with stock ride height.
Having said that, LCAs would not be my first suspension mod. I would do subframe connectors, shock tower brace and front sway bar before LCAs.
The autocross guys will go on all day about LCAs with poly bushings being a bad thing handling wise but I think they exaggerate. They definitely make the rear end more predictable under power.
