Splaying LT 1 block? about how much?

Splaying LT 1 block? about how much?
building a 383 and engine builder said 2 bolt w/ arp bolts are good for roughly 500 hp.I might spray at a later date and will be over the 500 , roughly whats the average charge to splay a block and line bore

there's a guy around here that will do it for 400. cheaper if you're doing other work. i had my block bored, deck checked/honed, water pump powdercoated, unbalanced RA balanced, and all of it put back in the block with the heads/manifold ported for about 1200
