Spintech Muffler to replace LM one

Hi all I have a SLP LoudMouth and it is to loud and I dont feel as if it has a tone just loud which is good and bad but I would like some tone. I was thinking about putting a spintech muffler in place of the SLP resignator. Does anyone know if it will fit or if it will sound good. Oh and no dynomax replacement either still not really a tone just less drone. Any sound clips would be appreciated.

Thanks

Really? 95% of people I've talked to about them love how they sound, myself included.

I love my spintech muffler. I have the 3" pro street muffler. It is pretty quiet just cruising and on the highway, with VERY little interior drone. A friend of mine rode with me one time and said "wow, its not loud ALL the time like Matt's Formula with the flowmaster." It SCREAMS at WOT though. Couldn't ask for much better.

the clip on www.exhaustsoundclips.com is what convinced me to get it.

Sup Gary. I've tried a few times and I don't guess you are there at the time. Haven't talked in forever, hopefully we'll be on at the same time.

As for who said Spintech's sound terrible. Wow, I didn't think I would ever hear someone say that. I think they sound absolutely fantastic.

Does spintech make a muffler that would fit where the resonator goes? Last I looked I only saw full size mufflers, not the race type like the dynomax.

The Sound clips sounded awesome but the guy above has a good question will it fit. If so I am sold on it.

It may be pushin it to try and put a spintech in place of the resonator. I have one of the smaller spintech mufflers (the prostreet model) and it might fit. It is about 4" tall (3" inlet and outlet) and maybe 14" long? I think they have deminsions on the website, can't remember though.

Here is a pic or two of my muffler before I put it on the car:

The size of the prostreets are 4 X 6 X 12. I know the SLP one is 4 inch resognator i think. So I think the height should be ok. I also believe that the resginator is longer or close to 12 inches so the only place I am curious is on the width clearence. Otherwise I think it should fit.
