I replaced my hooker muffler with spintech.
The hooker was a free flowing muffler and was to loud for me.The spintech made my car sound so much better. My exhaust is a 3 1/2" no cats flowing into 2 ,3" inch outlets.Spintech is a little pricey but worth the money.

You might do a search for spintech. There was one guy on the board, I think from Little Rock, that had one and loved it.

Yes it is a good flowing muffler, but not as mush as the hooker.

I have long tubes and it sounds good.

I realy wasnt looking for a good flowing muffler when I bought it,because I have 2 cut outs for when I go to the track.

Thanks , now I have to decide Flow vs sound
I hope that the spintech has better flows # than the Super Turbo that I have that has a 2.5 inlet

I know this isn't much of a comparison, but I replaced my factory muffler with the spintech 3"in/dual 3" out and I picked up a solid 3mph in the 1/4. I have Hooker LT, 3" Y-pipe and Spintech muffler. It is basically a square aluminum box with lots of "V" welded inside it to kill some of the sound.

That is a pretty bold statement. What data do you have to back that up?
