Spending 300-500ish on new toys

I just got paid and spending around 300-500ish on new toys, and was wondering what you guys and girls, would recommend. I was thinking roller rockers, mods are in sig, I do not want headers or exhaust yet so try to steer away from that. I think im just going to buy a cutout later on.

A bigger converter should help, as well as some SFC and LCA. Depends on if you want a better ride or more power. If you do RR, you'll need new springs as well.

ET wise your biggest benefit would be from a stall, but a good quality one will break your $500 limit.

LCAs,Relos, and a torque arm will also help a lot - and be within your budget. Plus they are very simple and quick bolt-ins, and the improvement is noticable by the beloved SOTP meter.

Both the stall and LCA/Relo/Tq arm together along with drag radials will make your car a whole new beast at the track, without even touching the engine yet.

**edit**Damn tabbed browsing, looks like it was responded to already**

The torque arm will hurt your rear end more than a stall. The drag radials will give it some shock as well.

Your engine is still stock, so being an auto it should hold up fine to a stall and DRs. The auto wont be as brutal as the manual, especially if you do not see a lot of track time. The 10-bolts are hit or miss. Some have broken on bone stock manuals w/ DRs, while others last.

I'm still on my 10-bolt and its been through quite a few stalled+DRs+H/C launches, but I admit I do not do full on track launches often. I dont spray though. Who knows how long it will last, but if its gonna go its gonna go

So whats the chances of the 10bolt breaking if I get a 3k stall, it has brand new richmond 3.73's in it. (3k is what everyone stock gets aint it?)? Also recommended torque converters?

I don't know if the 3k stall will be worth much with the stock LT1. I drive an M6, so I don't know much about them except that an over stalled car will be slower than one with the stock TC.

Like he said, no one can guarantee anything with the stock 10-bolt.

Some good rockers and LT4 springs would be a good upgrade and still leave some money to spare for towards another mod.

You are not going to get a good converter for that so.... used Nitrous kit or some LT's w/y-pipe.

10rwhp/tq I think is about what you can expect. You can get the LT4 springs cheap if you don't plan on upgrading the cam anytime soon. You also might want to get new pushrods for cheap insurance and be sure to inspect the lifters.

They're $40, that's why I said cheap insurance. No telling if they're bent, cracked, etc.
