What is available to make the speedo work on a 350 turbo conversion. Thanks-

 

Depends on what PCM your vehicle came with...this determines what options are available...ie free or $$.

 

It's a '95 so its an OBD1 pcm. I've got tuning software but dont know what else I need.

you need to install a gm vehicle speed sensor in place og the worm gear stuff that is on it now.

this plugs into the worm gear stuff and passes a signal of to the pcm.

 

if you have the short tailshaft i can help ya out. if you have the 9" im not sure yet. is the tranny outof the car? i can get you a kit that uses the 4l60e tailshaft housing, and you use the shaft that comes with it with the 4l60e sensor and it works great.

Yeah, I've got the 9" tailshaft. The transmissions already in the car so I'll probably just try the conversion setup, dont drive it much so its really no big deal but it would be nice to have it. Thanks for the info.
