speedo reads wrong?

speedo reads wrong?
ASpeedometer reads 10-15 under actual speed.
my question is why would the spedo read wrong? I emailed the guy asking figure one of u could shoot me some possibilities

That is one hard to read post. Copying and pasting it only ONCE would've helped too.
The speedometer reading lower than it's supposed to is most probably due to a gear ratio change (downgrade) or improper PCM calibration.
