I can't find it again but one time I looked it up and that pistons was like 15-20% heavier than stock. Something like 610grams when stock is about 530, LOTS of additional connecting rod stress there.
They are a TRW design and this is what I found when I went to look them up at Flatlander.

SpeedPro/Sealed Power/TRW are all cheap heavy pistons.

I would look into probe pistons; I have probe 12334 pistons, they are lighter than stock and a lot stronger.
