Spec Clutch!

I am buying a clutch and flywheel today, it will be a stage III. Should I get the Ceramic or the Carbon? Which is quieter and more streetable? Should I get the spec aluminum or steel flywheel?

I have the Carbon and I highly recommend it. But for me the Ceramic would be too jerky to drive in trafic.

I use the old style carbon and it's perfectly streetable IMO. Talk the the people at spec.. they're very helpful...
