Spark Plug Removal

I am changing my plugs and wires and noticed thats it a b****! Do you remove the Y-pipe to obtain better access to the plugs? If so how do you reach the 3rd bolt closest to the front of the car? I searched and could not find any how-to's and brent franker's page was not working, are there any how-to's? BTW its a 97' T/A. Thanks!

Re: Spark Plug Removal

I have done my plugs in about 25 minutes, the only one that I think is easier from the bottom is the drivers side one closest to the windshield, other than that you can do them from the top. You should be able to do all of them without dropping the Y-Pipe I never have, and this is on my 97. Now the wires on the other hand, if you plan on putting them back in the "stock" locations this will be time consuming. Just make sure that you have alot of patience...
