Spark plug question

I have a 96 z28 with some mods, what plugs should i run? AC Rapid fires or just standard double plats. What should i gap them at since i am over 11:1 compression. Any input is appreciated thanks

NGK TR6s would work well. You could probably gap them at .040-.045 w/out any problems.
