Southside subframe connecters

I'm sick of all the creaks and rattles my car makes so I want to install subframe connectors to help stop some of them and make the chassis alittle more rigid at the same time. My question is what is involved in installing the Southside ones? Are they bolt on or weld in? Also I want to get lower control arms and I think I'm gonna get the Lakewoods for $87.99, are they ok? Thank you for any help in advance.

I dont know much about the SSM SFC but the BMR's are good they have 2 versions boxed which I have (stronger less ground clearance)Round tuck up nice a out of the way. I went with the boxed because I liked the Idea of having the brace go around the rear lca mounting whole.

Is there a website that I can check the BMR's out on? I was going to buy them thru Summit, but they only sell 2 different SFCs. Thank you for the input.

And go with weld in, it is much stronger and you can get them welded for cheap. Bolt ins arnt worth it.
