Guys I must tell you that my car is 1000% better since I got my new Goodyear F1 Gs-D3's. I can hook up like drag radials and smoke people off the line without even a thought of losing traction, I just go, no traction problems.

Well my first race this weekend was against my friend with a 1997 Trans Am (20,000miles) with the Random Technology Y-Pipe, his car is a beast for being almost stock....Well, I took him off the line on my first launch on my new tires. I pulled on him by the 60' at least 1.5 car lengths. From the rest of the quarter mile we stayed pretty even and I ended up ahead by about 2 cars. BY THE WAY, my chick was riding with me and he had nobody in his car.

Second and last race of the night I had been seeing a 350z I wanted to race, he left the track though. So I ended up trying one of the new infinity g35's. It was a 2 door and stock. I don't know why but I was scared to race him. I went without my chick this race and wow! I pulled like there was no tommorro off the line pulling a good 2 cars by the 60' mark. From the rest of the 1/4mile I got about a minimum 4 car lengths.

The track has timeslips starting Friday, I will be there and let you all know my times. I am at 3800 elevation , this may explain my 97mph trap according to my speedo!?!?

The speedos are SLOW and cant keep up with car. Dont bother judging from them. It says i trap ~105.

 

I only hope that it is really 102 and not 97mph....I HOPE YOU ARE RIGHT.
