Well... my steering doesnt lock up but it doesnt really work much... I know its losing power steering fluid and when i refilled the fluid and turn the wheels, some white "stuff" best word to descrive it comes out in the resevoir.. ideas?

 

Sounds like you might have a little water in there. Try draining it, refilling/bleeding the system. And find that leak too.

 

ah water.. nice stuff. Ill do some looking around then. Probably got a leak at a hose or something... i bought a p/s pump just in case hopefully its a hose and just fill it up... it works fine when i fill it with p/s fluid and the white crap comes up in the resevoir, but then it seems like the fluid all disappears within about an hour of driving
