Something must be wrong :(

well for one my engine is running really hot,

and for two today my engine has been pinging everyonce in a while... mostly up hill...

and for three when i give it gass it wouldnt really give it much throttle unless i put it down all the way its like it was idling power or 100% rear end the person in front of me power...

just started happening today, last night i noticed my oil filter was loose and was leaking so i tightened it back up, but i donno how much oil i lost... checked the oil dipstick, and it had 3 of the 4 circles filled with oil, so maybe i better add a half a quart or something but would this make it act like that?
and i was giving it 91 octane.

just fueled up this morning and it was doing it before and afterwards so i donno what to say... gm says small nocking is normal but i havent heard it before...
