some suggestions anyone

I just bought this 1996 camaro lt1 m6 yesterday everything looks great on it, car has 90k miles on it and everything sounds good with it. its also all bone stock except i think a magnaflow muffler

heres the problem - when you first start the car its fine and when it warms up its fine, but after about 30 minutes of driving it starts getting hot, both of the fans are working, cooling system is full, there isnt any air or vapor lock in it, its got great oil pressure about 25psi@800 rpms and about 60psi@2500 and theres no water in the oil, and there is no water/smoke at all in the exhaust

when im in town and this happens it gets to right at 3/4 on the guage, when im on the highway its just fine, about 180*....

anyone got any tips on what i could be overlooking? possible a stopped up radiator? any help would be great

well i thought about that, but when you pull onto the highway or anywhere 45ish+ mph it cools right down, like 180*, but when i stop it goes right back up (could it only partly be opening you think?)

is there anyway the fans would turn off while i'm driving? i know theyre on when i crank it up in neutral

thanks for the help and any future help guys
