I am looking at approx 500-550rwhp from my 94 firebird lt-1 bored and stroked to a 383 and I will have a turbo system on it I am wondering if a 3 core aluminum with plastic sides radiator be enough to cool the motor enough with an electric water pump?


also do I need to buy a different balancer or will the stock one be good enough?


also I was planning on going with a coil pack conversion from www.delteq.com will this be good enough or will I have to buy an ignition system with the coil pack conversion?

 

I have the stock cooling system in my blown setup (593 rwhp) and have no cooling issues. My friend's blown 383 is also fine with the stock cooling system.
