Some Nice LT1 Results

Thought some of you would like to see his setup. Very mild mannered setup in the 11s.

This is a guy that works at the engine shop that does my work. Was wondering what some expereinced people think a setup like that would run with a TH400 and 3.73s. Me and him have about the same setup except i have the th400. Also mine is a 383. I can't get on the dyno and finish tuning until august and am dieing to know how mine will be.

That are very nice times but that car isn't representative of your typical LT1. He says the car weighs 3440 with him in it, which means he did quite a bit of weight reduction. Impressive times nevertheless, just what I would expect from Alan Futral. I know a guy down here whose Futral-built LS1 makes 563rwhp and is as drivable and streetable as a Hot-cammed LT1. Alan seems to know what he is doing
