solid roller LT1 lifter question

You guys that run solid roller cams. How much longer was the pushrod? I have what are supposed to be a set of solid roller LT1 lifters and they look like the pushrod needs to be a LOT longer.

Yeah, that's common. Most pushrod lengths in SR applications I used were in the 7.900-8.050" range.

Make sure you measure though......that is VITAL for SR setups.

Definitely need to measure for correct pushrod length. Because I'm using Isky Red Zone lifters the lifter body is taller due to them being a link bar style. Mine are 6.125" in length.

Yep, the cup looks to be maybe (just eyeballing it) .400-.500 deep into the lifter body.

Thanks for the replies guys.
