Solid motor and tranny mount????

Do any of you run solid motor and tranny mounts or do you run polyurethane mounts? List what you run and if you like your combo or can you suggest a combo. My car is a 97z28 with Bmr control arms and pan-hard bar with polyurethane bushings.

I use Energy Susp poly in the tranny and motor mounts. I did the tranny first and noticed a little more vibe. Then I did the motor. While doing the motor I noticed the passenger side mount was collasped about an inch. I did not notice anything after installing them. I hear solid mounts are too harsh for a daily driver with big cam.

I run poly tranny mount and poly motor mounts. Not too much vibe from my setup (heads/cam/long tubes/etc).
