I have always been thinking about lowering my car. But I have also wanted adjustability. What do you think of coilovers? I am sure they are expensive(never priced them). Do they help in traction? Are they reliable? Any comments please

In my opinion, I would think long and hard about lowering, due to the fact the car is pretty low already. TheQa1 coilovers are the ultimate shock for F body cars. I have the KYB 8 way adjustables on my car and I like them very much, I drive on the street, with some autocrossing. You must have deep pockets to buy the QA1 shocks.
