1. Exhaust Gaskets
2. Anti-seize
3. Header Bolts
4. Spray Lubricant to loosen bolts
5. Paitence

You wleo might want to change your plugs and/or wires while everything is apart.

A very good assortment of hand tools and an extra set of hands would help.

02 extensions for mids? My stock wires worked fine for the sensors....

headers
bolts
gaskets
threadlocker
antisieze
y pipe
something to loosen bolts

optional things
plugs
wires

its a simple process. I think i could do a complete header install in 2 hours if there were no grinding or lifting of the motor.

There are so many people on here if you get stumped. You can take a break, post a questoin, drink a beer, and have your answer by the time your beer gets hot, and be back out working on the car.

Your beer gets hot?

I think you might be doing it wrong.

Just don't get in a hurry...take your time and do things right. The biggest problem I ran into was getting the old stock manifolds out...As far as the headers go...they slid right in bolted up nice (Pacesetter LT).
