Smoke comes out of my engine.

Hey every1, I already bled the valves and i had thought my car had stopped over heating because the gauge only goes up to either below half or at the half point. But when im done driving it smoke is coming out frm the back of the engine sometimes on the passenger side too.?? The gauge says its not overheating and i dont hear gurgling from the radiator cap. Also my heater doesnt produce hot air only a warmish type air?? Could the heater hose be clogged? Also causing it to over heat still?? Thanks!!!

Does the smoke smell like coolant or oil? If its coolant, the radiator level, or the reservoir level would be dropping - is it? If it smells like oil, the LT1's are notorious for an oil leak at the back of the engine, between the intake manifold and the block. If its water, and doesn't smell like coolant, could it be condensation from the AC?

Also causing it to over heat still??
Not clear from your question....... does the engine still overheat or not?

not acceptable.

no one is gonna be able to "fix" your car for you over the internet. you want your car fixed you are gonna need to either get your hands dirty or take it to a shop. figure out where the coolant is coming from, maybe take a picture, and then we can help you

Not necessarily a good thing. What color was the smoke? Have you checked your oil lately to see if it's still oil and not coolant? The "pop" could be a number of things ranging from an opt problem to a vacuum leak. The coolant you smell could be from a leaky heater core hose getting onto the ehxaust. Is it steam or smoke?
You need to be as descriptive as possible so members here may be able to point you in the right direction.

I have checked my oil it still looks good. the smoke is clearish white color. I left my car idling for a bit and reved it some, and gauge temp got on the half mark. No smoke came out from the back of the engine but when i turned it off i heard a some what gurgling noise in the back of the engine on the passanger side. Im going to check it out more tomorrow when the sun comes up.

Alright found the problem, the hose thats connected to the neck of the radiator had a hole in it by the water pump and that was where all the smoke was coming from. I fear that i got coolant on my opti. but i fixed it and no more smoke comes out
