Hey guys. i just smogged my car and failed of course. I failed at the 15mph test. It says "no (ppm)" max419 ave57 meas0698. I was told that it was the EGR valve cause my %02 levals were low so it couldnt be the cats. Can somone shed some light on this? ohyeah the morons put that i modified my cats. Being that i have a 96 (dual cats) they said that it should only have one and that i changed them. And that the bbks didnt have a cali stamp on them..(okay i knew that one might get caught)
