ok my friend just bought a new (used) tranny for his car and we are unsure of were the weight is supposed to be. he didn't mark the flywheel when he took the old one out. i can see that there is a weight on the flywheel and a weight on the torque converter but we are unsure if they are supposed to be lined up or not. thanks

 

You might try to put this in the Drivetrain section also. Good luck.
