SLP Loud Mouth

Right now I have a 2 chamber Flowmaster and a cutout, but I'm really getting annoyed with it because when the cutout is open my center console rattles way too much. I found a Loudmouth system for $200 installed, I was just wondering how it sounds?, and if this would make my car keep the deep tone without causing my console to rattle.

I have a loud mouth and its loud and it gets raspy when its cold if your reving the pizz out of it... But after awhile theres a nice tone but still loud....

It might rattle your car, it depends how they put it together, I had to do some readjusting on mine cause i had that crossmember for the exhaust and when I had the X member on there it would rattle my console cause the pipeing was against the floor pan, so I took it off and now its fine...

How are the cops in the your area? Are they priks? cause if they are you'll get there attention quick..... They dont have to see you coming they'll hear you coming ...

200.00 is a good deal for install, I paid 150.00 and picked it up and put it on in half hour..

Good Luck

The LM will be loud also , and annoying at 2000 rpm the dreaded drone. I put a dynomax race bullet inplace of the LM resonator and it sounds great and NO drone.

SLP Head, cam, headers, race pipes and LM. Its a kick going past start finish and watch them cover their ears. :

If you can get anywhere Borla XR-1 race bullet (on their site it's called sportsman's round muffler) for cheap in place of resonator - it is perfect addition to LM

I have LM and it rattles the hell outta my center console.(From 1800-2400)rpms Where the ashtray and shifter area is. SOunds great but in the 2000rpm range it droanes you out too. If I were you Id pass. I wanna get rid of mine. I used to have flowmaster and it did nothing of the sort to my console.

I installed the loudmouth on my 1LE. I have no rattles or interior noises at all. I personally really like the sound, IMO.
