I dont think its something to be ripping your hair out about..they both look very different..id say use your personal prefferance...they both perform the same

 

Also with the SLP you can paint it a diff. color I know you can paint plastic but it just isnt the same look to me that is. I painted mine Deep Cherry Red. I have pics on my site. I get told alot when people see it how they like the color.

 

do you have traction controll? K&N does not work F-baodies with tc...but slp does! Makes good HP as well.

 

I ordered my SLP CAI on November 6 and got it on Dec 2. Enough said.

 

I see K&N CAI on t/c equipped fbodies all the time.
