2200+ posts and you're asking about a CAI. The Moroso, while being functional, is as UGLY as my ***. The SLP is nice looking and functional. The G2 is worthless. Go w/ the SLP, you won't be disappointed.

nope

ok this is how it goes, i dont care what anyone says i am telling the truth,
best CAI you can get between those choices is the K&N fipk and Moroso they get the highest gaines coz they are made of plasic and not alluminum like the SLP, the SLP tends to heat up faster and hold temp. longer therfore if you use the slp you will be heating up the air, if you truly want the best CAI go with K&N otherwise if your looking for a nice looking one go with SLP, the diffrences are not THAT much but are still there.

Good point, but go with the SLP. You will definately not be disappointed.

That time of the month? I was just suprised that someone w/ that many post was asking about a CAI. Didn't mean to offend you.

BTW, the SLP CAI is stainless steel and not aluminum.

No you didn't offend me, I've been here so long sometimes I take things too personal, no biggie, I just ask questions before I do anything to my car it' sjust how I am.

SLP's look the best, bottom line.

K&N FIPK best performance, then it's a toss-up with Moroso & G2 from LGMotorsports, then SLP...

Here's the truth regarding the performance, from the best to the not so great, you would not really tell the difference, I recall the range from #1 to #4 is 5 hp at best, so who cares?

Well, I did, cus I got the K&N, and, SLP STILL looks the best, AND, you WILL feel the difference compared to your stock filter.

The G2 CAI from LG is the least flowing CAI. It isn't even a true CAI just a modification of the stock airbox. The K&N and Moroso flow the best with SLP slightly behind. Not enough to even be noticable if any. Basically if you like how the SLP looks then buy it, who cars if you lose 1-2 horsepower?

I purchased the SLP CAI and am very happy with it. Installation wasn't too difficult. I unbolted the top radiator support and pulled the radiator toward the front of the car to assist in getting the unit down in there without scratching the surface on the ABS stuff.

I also found that valeline (just a little) on the lip of the filters made them MUCH easier to install on the tubes.

I have no experience with the other CAIs out there, but I am happy with my SLP.
