Slotted rotors

I was thinking about buying some slotted rotors and I was wondering if it was possible to turn them. If I had to guess I would say no. Just was wondering what everyone else thought. Thanks.

Really?
I have the Autozone Aimco Extreme cross drilled and slotted and they are working fine for me.
I sold a pair to a friend when I worked for the zone and he is really harsh on brakes and he has no issues either.
