OK, getting 6 degrees of retard at the top end. Other than my small exhaust leak and a consistent code 0400 for EGR, I can't find anything that could be causing it.

Any ideas?

Even with the code the car seems fine and pulls hard at all RPM.

Not quite. How much would even a little egr dumped in affect it in the upper rpm?

 

Any noise it's not programed for will cause that.Do a search and get a resistor and put inline and a LT-4 knock modual.
