Ever since I finished my hot cam install I've had a slight idle problem. It only happens at idle while in gear (A4). The RPM's just kinda bounce between 600 and 800. It's almost like the PCM is trying to make it idle at 600, but the cam wants to idle at 800. Is this just the way it is with this cam, or is this something that's corrected with a re-program, or do I have a valve that is maybe a little too tight? Any suggestions?

 

You will have to get it reprogamed than you should be fine. The idle should be bumped up a little up around 900-1000.
