slight coolant leak

i have a small leak and i think it is comming from the radiator. i think it might have cracked when i overheated or something. i was wondering if i should just buy a new one or could i use that stop leak at the auto parts store. is that stuff any good? i am tight on money right now so i need an inexpensive way out. or is there anything else i could use to stop the leak?? thanks alot....

If the leak is coming from one of the plastic side tanks. You can buy an epoxy repair kit from NAPA.

its actually pretty straight forward, take off the electric fans and the radiator holder at the top, unhook the hoses and pop it out.

Take the clamp off and give them a a good twist around the top before you pull on them. they should come free fairly easily.
