Skip shift elimination

Every m6 camaro and firebird/transam have a skip shift feature in it.
It will make you shift from 1st to 4th gear if it sees that you aren't giving the car a good amount of throttle. (solenoid locks out 2nd gear forcing down/away to 4th)
Its just annoying... its meant to give you better gas mileage.
