Size of threads for heads and intake

Size of threads for heads and intake

I need to use a chaser and which size are they before I strip them myself? I have a set w/ a whole bunch of different sizes.

Head bolts are 7/16-14
Intake and exhaust manifold bolts are 3/8-16
