not too worried but i was wondering, its only been about 2500 miles since my last oil change but its been about 4 months, however i am extremely, and i do mean extremely tight on cash, should i be fine for another month or so

 

if your doing mostly highway driving your fine, just watch the oil level

What oil are you running? (even if it's conventional, you'll still be ok though)

 

You should be fine, I just left my job where i was a quick lube manager, i saw cars that went 6000miles to 18,000miles on an oil change...(dont ask what happened to that engine), anyways dont make it a habit to go over on an oil change, but if you have to you have too. before your next oil change add half a quart or trans fluid to the oil and run it for 20 minutes or so then change the oil...trans fluid is a great and safe engine flush....

not to be a pain in the butt, but go look around your house and get change then go to a coin star, i have found $60 this way. Then go to wal-mart and buy a Supertech oil filter and some Supertech oil, it i ill cost you 4.88 for the oil and 1.99 for the filter, that is what $7, and then just change your oil in a month or so when you have the money. Clean oil is better oil, no matter what kind it is.
